The Air World Inc. is an actively and professionally aggressive sales and marketing organization staffed by individuals possessing more than 200 years of diverse experience with twelve airlines.
Each airline represented has its own identity projected to the travel distribution network and to their respective passengers. Each carrier has its own exclusive toll free telephone reservations lines and calls are answered in the airline’s own name. There is no Air World Inc. or SITA World identity visible to the travel agent community or to the public.
Our staff maintains close contact with all potential sources of business, from major and minor corporations to consolidators and ethnically focused agents, incentive houses, the retail travel agency community, tour operators and special interest groups.
Some of the carriers represented depend solely on tourism for their North American revenues, while others depend heavily on ethnic or VFR traffic for support. As a result, multiple sales and marketing approaches are needed for each carrier if its specific markets are to be effectively tapped.
None of the represented carriers flies to North America and none has the need to be a member of ARC or BSP.
The Division is constantly seeking ways to expand sales and marketing coverage at lower cost. Air World Inc. makes effective use of the Internet as well as evolving electronic technology. All staff have Internet access as well as e-mail capability.
Air World Inc. has vast experience with negotiating and implementing SPAs and CRS agreements for its principals. This is possible because of our long association with the key players at each of the major carriers in North America.
